If you ever need help or work done on a FORD- Matt will bend over backwards for you and look into every avenue, but if you want to continue to deal with - F-feel O-ofended R-rather than D-defended Don’t expect to get any kind of help or understanding. Extremely disappointed at all the finger pointing and for them to point it back at one of their own dealerships when it had nothing to do with Auto Nation Burleson, and everything to do with FORD customer Service, what a shame.
