Every time we come here for service they mess something up. Last time I just needed an oil change and when I got home my Explorer was leaking oil. They are incompetent! Service managers I’ve dealt with are very professional. The 2 oil changes I’ve gotten have both been sloppy. Oil/grease all over, after driving home and going inside I came out to discover oil on my drivew The 2 oil changes I’ve gotten have both been sloppy. I have never had oil staining my driveway after an oil change either. The first time I had to wash the undercarriage and pressure wash areas on my driveway. Not as bad this second time, but I shouldn’t have to clean up every time. More
