I had an appointment at 11:00am I showed up and walked in and was greeted by about 5 or six people at least. The young man at the far right asked if I had an appt. I said yes. He asked my name and said, Yes. You are here for a recall. He said I just need to tell you that we might need the vehicle for 24 or 48 hours I said it’s just a recalibration, no new parts. He said we are probably going to need it for 24 to 48 hours, or I can make you an appointment! I said an appointment for what? What am I here for today??? Why am I here at 11:00 am? He answered that the appointment was “ to meet me” so I said I made an appointment to have the honor and pleasure of meeting you? I laughed and looked at the others sitting there with incredulous looks on their faces, I just walked out laughing to myself out loud. I did not know whether to be extremely angry or just continue laughing at the absurdity and stupidity of what had just happened. I went home and called all of my siblings and relayed what had happened, they could not believe it. I decided to call another Ford dealer, I called the dealer in Kingsville and the woman I spoke to assured me that if I came the next day she would have their driver take me to a taco place around the corner and when I was done my truck would be ready. I now tell everyone I can think of this ridiculous story of my interaction with this particular Ford Dealership. God help them stay in business…because I won’t. More

Going on three years I have tried to get anyone from Autonation to help me. ANFCC totally lied to me. They sold me a car knowing as did I it had 98k miles. They put 80k on the loan papers I assume to ge Autonation to help me. ANFCC totally lied to me. They sold me a car knowing as did I it had 98k miles. They put 80k on the loan papers I assume to get the deal done. I gave 5000 down They used it to pay off my warranty. He one they sold me. My truck broke down They said no problem. There was because of the falsified paperwork my warranty was expired. It still had 18k miles to go. There warranty dept denied my claim due to excessive milage. Humm. I had contacted them saying this could be an issue one day because of the milage issue I knew nothing about until a week after I took possession of the truck a 2014 FX4 top of the line with 98k miles. Well I couldn't afford to pay on a brokedown truck sitting at the dealership. The lien holder was made aware 10 monthes earlier. They said well ANFCC is our biggest client so we turn a blind eye and deaf ear when it comes to things like that. Well there eyes were open when they repoed my truck. A week later the finance man called me and said. I worked out the warranty. I never got my truck back. I was never contacted again by them. This is fraud,deception etc. I couldnt afford an attorney. Brad the GM wouldn't take my calls. Still hasn't. Its not right. Ive tried for over 3 years. Nothing has happened. Ive contacted the BBB there not ranked. Ive contact Sec of State, the DMV there complaint kept. Written several Intentents. Nothings been done and its wrong. I lost my truck, my house, my job everything. Its wrong and I deserve to be compensated for my loss. I did nothing wrong. More
