I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from AutoNation Ford regarding their pickup and delivery service for maintenance. I scheduled my appointment for a 9:00 a.m. pickup, and whe received from AutoNation Ford regarding their pickup and delivery service for maintenance. I scheduled my appointment for a 9:00 a.m. pickup, and when nobody arrived, I had to call to find out what was going on. I was then told that the 9:00 a.m. appointment was actually a two-hour pickup window, which was never explained to me when I scheduled the appointment. I specifically informed them that I needed my vehicle back the same day, yet nobody showed up within that window and I never received a call or any communication letting me know there was going to be a delay. This lack of communication and failure to meet the expectations that were set has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected better service and professionalism from a Ford dealership, especially when using a service that is supposed to make maintenance more convenient for the customer. More
