I am thrilled with my New Escape and so happy I visited Mullinax Ford as I had not considered the Escape because I thought it was out of my budget. I did look at hondas, Kia, and Chevrolet Equinox, but bught the Escape. Thanks again and keep up the great work. More
I had not been anticipating buying a new vehicle but decided to look into the Ford Fiesta as my previous vehicle was getting up in the miles and starting to need more work that it was worth. I showed up before my appointment and worked with a younger saleswoman who test drove the cars with us. She did a great job of looking up options outside the dealership for me and what stickers prices I was looking at if I decided not to buy something on the lot. I was a pain in the butt because I really wanted a low monthly payment and not much car so I wanted to carefully figure out what I could afford and what I really needed. After driving the Ford Fiesta and the Focus Hatchback Kevin let me take the Fiesta for a test drive home to throw my bike in the back and make sure it would really fit all my needs. He was extremely patient while I hemmed and hawed about my choices. At the end of the day I got a great deal on the car, a very generous trade in on my current car, and truly felt I could come back with any questions I may have. I have had my focus serviced at Mullinax several times and really appreciate the quality work both their sales and service department have shown me. More

I purchased my first Ford Focus from Mullinex in 2006. Prior to Justin Higgins promotion, he was the service representative I would request when making my appointment. Justin's knowledge, extraordinary customer care and professionalism and the comfort feeling he extended made me a true believer in Mullinex Ford East. Charlie Fisher was introduced to me after Justin's promotion. Charlie has proven to me that Mullinex retains outstanding, caring and knowledgeable personnel. Recently I purchased a 2012 Focus and had the pleasure of being taken care of by Earl Tate, New Car Sales Manager. Mr. Tate's clear advice and tenacity along with excellent customer service is praiseworthy. Joe Tripepi handed my new car over to me with skilled knowledge of the vehicle and enthusiastically demonstrated features which he could have advised me to refer to the owner's manual. When I went to Ford to test drive the Fiesta, I was not expecting to buy a car. But I really enjoyed the vehicle and the price was great. Kevin was articulate and (this is very important) a sincere listener - we ended up purchasing a 2011 Fusion as a result. Chris Boger worked with us on financing and explained what the advantages of an extended warrenty would be. It is quite obvious he believes in Ford products and enjoys working with people. I was most impressed with the fact that Phil & Jessie didn't pressure me at all during the purchasing process. They were very informative and helpful. I arrived within a 1/2 hour of the dealership closing on my first visit and Phil wasn't trying to rush me at all and was very informative with information about the truck. I spoke with Phil a number of times over the phone before purchasing the vehicle because I was searching for a vehicle with specific options. Phil was extremely patient and helpful during this process. The day I purchased the vehicle Phil was not in and therefore I worked with Jessie. Jessie was just as helpful as Phil in working through the purchase process. Jessie helped me configure my phone for the Sync system and took time to go over the specifics of the vehicle. One reason I purchased the vehicle from Mullnax was because it was close to my place of employment. Since the purchase he has been my main contact at the dealership and is always helpful. I have had the vehicle in for std. service and Jessie has dropped off my vehicle at my work both times. Jessie has shown that Mullinax truly is about customer service. Based on my experience with Mullinax Ford so far I am very pleased with their service and feel I made the right decision purchasing a vehicle from them. John Becker More

I bought my first car from this dealership because it was close and they had the car that I really liked. I scheduled to meet and I went in for a test drive with car salesman ray and he was very easy to talk close and they had the car that I really liked. Since i had the x-plan discount which is the friends and family discount from a coworker of mine i was able to get a really great deal. I would definately recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a new ford.. especially if it is your first ford. I did not feel pressured or felt like i missed out on anything throughout the whole deal process. Within a couple hours of walking in the dealership i was done and off the lot with my newly cleaned 2011 ford fusion in a couple of hours. I absolutely love this car!! and mullinax is a great dealership. More
