Check engine light came on in wife's 2022 Edge on a Saturday afternoon. We took it to AutoNation in our vicinity without an appointment. First time there. Received very friendly greeting by Jeff. He qu Saturday afternoon. We took it to AutoNation in our vicinity without an appointment. First time there. Received very friendly greeting by Jeff. He quickly did an OBD check and we left the car. He worked us in as quickly as he could and notified us of what was needed. We added a couple things. All told a pleasant experience. Reasonable pricing and excellent service. Thanks! More
Very pleasant experience all the way around. Everyone was so great and helpful, and laid everything out on the table for me before making any final decisions. Everyone was so great and helpful, and laid everything out on the table for me before making any final decisions. More
Good service , but I did wait longer than I thought I would with an appointment. I appreciate working with the same advisor each time I get service. would with an appointment. I appreciate working with the same advisor each time I get service. More
Title: Deceptive practices, aggressive harassment, and zero respect for your time. Avoid. I have purchased 15 new cars in my lifetime, and this was hands down the absolute worst dealership experience I zero respect for your time. Avoid. I have purchased 15 new cars in my lifetime, and this was hands down the absolute worst dealership experience I have ever endured. From start to finish, they showed a complete lack of respect for my time and zero professional integrity. First, the paperwork process with Adilene was a nightmare of deceptive sales tactics. She tried to force thousands of dollars in "dealer-required protection plans" onto my contract. When I explicitly stated I did not want them and have never paid for them on past vehicles, she flat-out lied and insisted they were mandatory and could not be removed. Because I was exhausted from being made to wait around for hours, I signed. When I returned a couple of days later to finalize the transaction, I asked to speak to a manager. Surprise, surprise—turns out those "mandatory" charges were completely optional, and they were removed. It is infuriating that Adilene felt comfortable lying to my face to pad her numbers. On top of that, the initial pricing we agreed on changed because the vehicle (a new Bronco Sport) had to be transferred from another lot—a detail they weren't transparent about upfront. The nightmare didn't stop once the keys were handed over. The following day, the salesman Chris Shields began aggressively calling and texting me, demanding I drive back to the dealership just to sign a single forgotten document. After a frustrating back-and-forth, he finally did what he should have done in the first place: emailed it to me. Unbelievably, the exact same thing happened the next day. More aggressive calls and texts demanding I come back in for yet another signature that could have easily been a DocuSign. The level of harassment and incompetence after the sale is mind-blowing. I will never step foot in this dealership again, not even for standard routine maintenance. If you value your time, your wallet, and your peace of mind, avoid this place at all costs. More
