I started calling at 1.5 months to see if my plates were in and was told no and if my paper plate was to expire to call back and i would be helped. At 2 months I called because numerous times because the paper plate expired and every time was transferred to title department with no answer, i left voicemails each time with no return call. Finally I talked to a manager and he said he would take care of it and would call me back which he never did. I had to go to dmv and buy a 30 day plate for 30 dollars so I wouldn't get pulled over. I have called corporate 2 times, the dealership numerous times and chatted online 2 times and keep getting told I will receive a call back which has never happened. I also have texts with my salesperson addison who has also said she will get a manager to help me and nothing happens. I called again as my 30 day dmv plate is going to expire and I will have to pay another 30 dollars to get yet another one. I was informed that Addison is now a manager and would have to help me and she will call me back which hasn't happened. Also I got a loan for the car which I payed off on 6/10. I need my plates, I cant believe how horrible the customer service has been. I have documented emails,texts, online messages and calls over the last month and would really hate to have to escalate this matter and file a formal complaint with the BBB because nobody will call me or help. More
I appreciated that each service representative treated me as though I was their personal customer even when my initial representative was not immediately available. This was undoubtedly the worst experience I've ever had. We purchased a new 2025 Ford Explorer and they gave us one to take home the night before to see if we liked it. While Cedric was putting on the temp We purchased a new 2025 Ford Explorer and they gave us one to take home the night before to see if we liked it. While Cedric was putting on the temp tag, the drill slipped and he scratched the paint on the hatch. The next day we went to purchase our Explorer and they took the loaner, went a cleaned it then sold us that one like we would not catch on and would not notice the scratch. Then within 3 days the check engine light came on and we took it to service. Service Dept. was great but Credric was suppose to have the scratch and a dent on the door fixed. After getting the run around for two weeks from Cedric he delivered the Explorer to the house with the same scratch he caused from the plate. Then they don't even have the common courtesy to notify you when your plates come in. I would not buy another car from here if it was my last option. More
If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a 2022 Nissan Frontier from them. I drove from Houston to pick it up in May 7, 2025. The dealer claimed in writing that everything would I purchased a 2022 Nissan Frontier from them. I drove from Houston to pick it up in May 7, 2025. The dealer claimed in writing that everything would be covered in warranty within the next 4000 miles. While on the way back just a hour after departing the dealer I noticed the vehicle was vibrating around 70-75 miles per hour. I immediately called them dealer, and informed them. They said don’t worry it’s covered we will get you set ups They sent me to two separate appointments to balance the tires. On the second appointment the service tech corroborated that although the tires were new they had hard spots and issues that cant be fixed or can’t be balanced. A admission that they sold me a car with bad new tires that are unserviceable. The used sales manager, who doesn’t even have the decency to call, told the sales person to tell me he wasn’t going to cover it. What a coward. Although they claim to offer a warranty for the first 4000 miles I’ve driven this car for the car a total of 500 miles and they obviously lied about the warranty. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS! This is coming from a disabled U.S. Navy Veteran and 24 year law enforcement career officer. More
