Terrible dealership! After being there two hours, they came and told me they were changing the offer on my car. I declined their offer on my car and asked for my keys b After being there two hours, they came and told me they were changing the offer on my car. I declined their offer on my car and asked for my keys back. It took four more times before they would give me my keys so I could leave. Kept trying to send people to talk to me. Finally resulted in my yelling this is xx, just give me my keys. The salesman even tried calling me the next day. I blocked him. Then I receive a letter in the mail saying they couldn't extend financing to me even though my credit score is 821. I check my credit and my credit had not even been checked. There were 0 hard or soft hits on it. They sent a letter that was a lie. I never signed anything for them to check my credit. They are terrible! More

Me and my wife had a wonderful experience, from start to finish, with salesperson Jeff Miller! We had originally came in to test drive a Mach-E as we had been wanting to get into an EV for quite some time a finish, with salesperson Jeff Miller! I contacted the dealer about a car I wished to purchase and all it seemed to be going well. I was sent a sales and trade-in quote and agreed to purchasing the vehicle over the phone with the sales man. I s and all it seemed to be going well. I was sent a sales and trade-in quote and agreed to purchasing the vehicle over the phone with the sales man. I shared from the start, and on numerous occasions that I would have to travel in from out-of-state. I made arrangements to come down, and after questioning the sales tax, the 'finance manager' called. They wanted to know why I thought the tax was wrong. Well, purchase price minus trade in left the price owing as ~$2000 but they wanted $500 in taxes, which would be 25%. Unheard of anywhere. I was then told they would waive the tax, after much conversation in the background? I agreed and confirmed I'd be down the next day. Not even 15 minutes later, I the 'finance manager' called to inform me that someone else had an appointment that night to see the car and they were giving me a courtesy call just in case it would sell but they had no guarantee. Now, yes, how nice, but I'd already made non-refundable reservations to travel and agreed verbally to purchasing the vehicle. I would have happily made a deposit, if they'd asked, but 'they don't do that'. They KNEW I had to travel from out of state to get the car so now, I am out travel expenses. Why would you work with someone over the course of 2 days to the point of an agreement to purchase if you can sell the vehicle out from under them especially knowing travel reservations were happening and telling me "oh, we work with out of state buyers all the time." Well - not this individual and I hope others who think to buy from out of state 1. pay close attention to the sales tax they attempt to charege and 2. just don't do business with them. More
