A lot of PROS in our experience at AutoNation. Jeffrey (our sales associate) was helpful and knowledgeable, the lobby was comfortable (I needed to attend a meeting from there- no problem), and th Jeffrey (our sales associate) was helpful and knowledgeable, the lobby was comfortable (I needed to attend a meeting from there- no problem), and the finance person didn't badger us to purchase this and that coverage. The only CON would be the "Theft Protection" and "Finish Protection" extras that apparently are automatically put on every vehicle. I would have been happier to just have $1,500 added to the purchase price rather than working it in using "packages." Still, and of day I feel good about the price we paid and the amount given for our tradein. More

My recent experience at Ford AutoNation Fort Worth was excellent. I had my 2020 Ford Escape in for recall repairs and an oil change. Classic bait-and-switch dealership. They advertised a 2025 Bronco online for $38,770. When I showed up ready to lease with my trade and rebates lined up their management refused to ho They advertised a 2025 Bronco online for $38,770. When I showed up ready to lease with my trade and rebates lined up their management refused to honor the price. Instead, they padded the deal with bogus fees and expected me to just accept it. This wasn’t a misunderstanding it was deliberate. They even admitted they wouldn’t match their own listed price unless I paid more. That’s not negotiation. That’s false advertising. I walked out and filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General. If they want to make it right, they know how to reach me. Until then, steer clear unless you enjoy wasting time. More
