If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a 2022 Nissan Frontier from them. I drove from Houston to pick it up in May 7, 2025. The dealer claimed in writing that everything would I purchased a 2022 Nissan Frontier from them. I drove from Houston to pick it up in May 7, 2025. The dealer claimed in writing that everything would be covered in warranty within the next 4000 miles. While on the way back just a hour after departing the dealer I noticed the vehicle was vibrating around 70-75 miles per hour. I immediately called them dealer, and informed them. They said don’t worry it’s covered we will get you set ups They sent me to two separate appointments to balance the tires. On the second appointment the service tech corroborated that although the tires were new they had hard spots and issues that cant be fixed or can’t be balanced. A admission that they sold me a car with bad new tires that are unserviceable. The used sales manager, who doesn’t even have the decency to call, told the sales person to tell me he wasn’t going to cover it. What a coward. Although they claim to offer a warranty for the first 4000 miles I’ve driven this car for the car a total of 500 miles and they obviously lied about the warranty. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS! This is coming from a disabled U.S. Navy Veteran and 24 year law enforcement career officer. More

I’ve been to lots of dealerships in my life and I can honestly say that this was the best. Very relaxing and comfortable. My wife wanted to upgrade to an expedition found one on their website. The process was the best I’ve had dealing with dealerships. They actually beat my drive out price I gave them by 2,000. The Buying experience I received wasn't on the level I'm accustomed to receiving, after receiving this vehicle the interior and exterior wasn't detailed, a dead battery the sales manager had to jump start t accustomed to receiving, after receiving this vehicle the interior and exterior wasn't detailed, a dead battery the sales manager had to jump start the vehicle, no temporary license plate and I almost run out of fuel because the tank was empty, by the way when I went to retrieve the vehicle because it was shipped from AutoNation Ford FortWorth to Lithia Springs Ga that location had not been notified that they had a vehicle scheduled to arrive there, they were very helpful in assisting me in getting the correct documents so I could drive home. AutoNation is this really the type of service paying customers expect to receive from you? More
