Extremely disappointed with the customer service we received after purchasing not one, but two vehicles from AutoNation within six days, both through the same salesperson, Jonathan. During my purcha received after purchasing not one, but two vehicles from AutoNation within six days, both through the same salesperson, Jonathan. During my purchase, the vehicle was delivered with only one key, which was never disclosed to us beforehand. Once we realized it, Jonathan contacted the previous owner and told us they would be sending the second key. That never happened. We continued following up, and eventually Jonathan simply stopped responding. We were also specifically told that if the previous owner did not provide the second key, AutoNation would take care of replacing it for us. That has not happened either. After getting no response from Jonathan, we contacted a manager, who told us he would look into the situation and get back to us. He never did. No follow up. No resolution. Nothing. What makes this even more disappointing is that we purchased two vehicles from this dealership within less than a week, one new and one used. The communication while they were working to complete the sales was constant. As soon as both transactions were completed, the customer service completely disappeared. At this point, we are still left with one key and multiple unreturned attempts to resolve something that should have been handled easily. Once the transactions were complete, so was the customer service. That is incredibly disappointing and, in our opinion, terrible business practice. Potential buyers should be very careful about anything promised during the sales process and make sure every commitment is documented and completed before leaving the dealership. More

I don’t that about the dealership itself my only experience was with the service department. And I would not recommend the service department base on my experience with Darla a service advisor. She was very rude I couldn’t finish a sentence before getting interrupted. And being very condescending. Check engine light came on in wife's 2022 Edge on a Saturday afternoon. We took it to AutoNation in our vicinity without an appointment. First time there. Received very friendly greeting by Jeff. He qu Saturday afternoon. We took it to AutoNation in our vicinity without an appointment. First time there. Received very friendly greeting by Jeff. He quickly did an OBD check and we left the car. He worked us in as quickly as he could and notified us of what was needed. We added a couple things. All told a pleasant experience. Reasonable pricing and excellent service. Thanks! More
