Took my truck there for the first time because service at AutoNation in Burleson is absolutely terrible. They did everything I asked as far as the service goes, however, the service director needs to trai AutoNation in Burleson is absolutely terrible. They did everything I asked as far as the service goes, however, the service director needs to train his service advisors on how to look up Service Protection Plan Plus and match it up with the vehicle's VIN. They tried to upsell me new wiper blades for some ridiculous price when I actually get a free set with this plan. I wasn't too happy with the way they washed my truck. The tonneau cover wasn't touched, back bumper still dirty on top, still had bug splatter on windshield and headlights and nothing was vacuumed or wiped on the inside. Very little effort was put into the wash. More
