Took my F250 in for an update. They flashed my tune and then wiped their hands of it and I was on my own. I had to have it towed to a mechanic. Tow bill and reprogram cost me $1050. I was there for my routine oil change and it was not included in my extended warranty. I was not told when my car was ready and abs had to let them know when it was done because I saw it sitting outside included in my extended warranty. Jose did a super job as the service rep. He's always professional and courteous. Provides up to date and timely info. Visit could have been avoided (I think) if previous visits would have detected the f professional and courteous. Provides up to date and timely info.
