On line service scheduler is great and Susan Lee is so helpful and professional. I always have a nice visit with her. The wait time is very minimal and the Wifi allows me to work while I wait. Took my F250 in for an update. They flashed my tune and then wiped their hands of it and I was on my own. I had to have it towed to a mechanic. Tow bill and reprogram cost me $1050. I was there for my routine oil change and it was not included in my extended warranty.
