It was my first time at this dealership - everyone was helpful explaining where to go and what to do. I rated 4 stars for the overall experience! They would have received 5 stars if I hadn’t had to wait helpful explaining where to go and what to do. I rated 4 stars for the overall experience! They would have received 5 stars if I hadn’t had to wait 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Employees were nice and apologetic for the wait, and checked on me often. I did not receive an update on the status of my car or how much longer I’d be waiting until the service was finished and it was time for me to pay. More

Great service. I have an honest advisor which makes me feel very comfortable with his recommendations. It’s a big deal when dealing with dealerships, the stigma is I have an honest advisor which makes me feel very comfortable with his recommendations. It’s a big deal when dealing with dealerships, the stigma is up charge and overpriced suggestions, so it’s very comforting to have a service advisor I trust. In the end, the recommendations he gives ultimately help keep my family safe. More
