Having only 1 person scheduling for multiple dealerships makes the caller wait too long. An oil change with tire rotation should not take 100 minutes! After my car was delivered to the pick-up area, it took 12 minutes for me to get the paperwork and this happened only when I walked over and stood in front of the rep! It seemed like it was a problem to do my service so I left. All I wanted was my wheels rotated and a 20,000 mile check up. I was informed that the check up was only visual and they were 2hrs behind. I checked my ford service record on the Ford owner web site and a record was created indicating that my car was in for a steering issue. So the whole experience left me perplexed. I will look for another dealer in the future. More

My truck needed a special part from Ford that was in short supply. A day or two repair lasted for over a month having to wait for Ford to get and send the part. However Darla was very helpful and kept short supply. A day or two repair lasted for over a month having to wait for Ford to get and send the part. However Darla was very helpful and kept me informed of the status, kept following up with the parts person and notified me as soon as the part came in and worked to get my truck repaired asap. If it weren't for the convenience (so inconvenient to go to another AutoNation) I would NOT go back. The people I work with and talk to are very polite, but something is invariably wrong with the service: Oil change and service - forgot to reset the computer and the dashboard reminds me every time I start it to change oil and coolant. I have had to have the back-up camera "fixed" multiple times. The last time the "fix" lasted two days. They then promised a loaner to do it right. A couple months later I called to get it fixed and they had no loaners. I took it in anyway, and they didn't have the parts. They told me what it would cost, when it is still under warranty. Then they said they would have to get the warranty approved, which took an entire day -- and it had already been approved proeviously. Either they do not read their previous records or their approval policies need to be revisited. I need my truck for work during the week and at the ranch on weekends which makes convenience important. The email asking for my review had a phone number "for easy reference." I called the number because I wanted to seek a resolution verbally without writing such a poor review. The posted phone number was answered as "BMW of Del Ray Beach!" The supervisors either are not aware, or, if they are, should be ashamed of these results. More
