Came in to have a “recall” corrected at 8 in the morning. No one called me so at 3 I call only to find out they haven’t looked at my car. It seems to me that the service person should have known this when I made The appointment to come in to have it corrected. The service person told me she didn’t know when this “recall” part would be in and that there where 8 cars in the shop waiting for the same part. This is POOR SERVICE and I still have a car that is not repaired. More

The dealership was slow seemed to be understaffed, the service managers are not professional, the technician forgot to reset the computer when finished, brought back with one tire showing 67 psi. On line service scheduler is great and Susan Lee is so helpful and professional. I always have a nice visit with her. The wait time is very minimal and the Wifi allows me to work while I wait.
