I recently traded in my Jeep Gladiator and picked up a 2024 Ford Bronco Raptor, and Scott made the entire process seamless from start to finish. Scott was professional, patient, and actually listened. No pressure, no games—just straight, honest guidance. He knew the product inside and out, took the time to understand what I was looking for, and worked with me like a true partner, not just a salesperson chasing commission. What stood out most was his transparency and communication. Every question was answered, every step explained, and when I had specifics in mind, he didn’t try to upsell me—he got it done. I will definitely use him again when buying from them in the future. I bought an EV and there was an issue with the tax credit after I purchased. I brought it to their attention. Peyton and Zane escalated the matter immediately and it was resolved in just a few days. They were willing to work with me AFTER the purchase, gave me several options, and said they would get it done no matter what. Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve had to date. I decided to buy a Jeep and found one on cars. com. I reached out and was connected with “JC” and set up a time to go and look. I bought it that day. JC was so awesome. I had to wait while a couple things were fixed by there mechanics (at no cost to me) and he made sure it was ready to go when I picked it up. The finance manager was amazing as well.
