I had the pleasure of visiting AutoNation Ford service dept. It was time for an oil change and 10,000 inspection on my Ford Edge that I purchased late last year. Service writer Aaron V was terrific. He had helped me about 6 months ago with an accessory installation and was very helpful with care and cleaning of my accessory. For my oil change and inspection Aaron got me in and out in a very respectable time. WAY TO GO, AARON!! Thanks The car wash was not as good as previous visits with other vehicles, but was adequate. I received texts and phone calls throughout the next few hours explaining the process. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call in the afternoon that the truck was ready and everything completed. I also felt the price was fair. I purchased a used vehicle on 11/24/24. The negotiation went well enough that I was able to leave my trade-in and drive away with my purchased vehicle.. I was ‘owed’ a new windshield. I could never get any viable information on why it was taking so long to get the windshield until 2/10/25 when I was advised the windshield had arrived and could be installed on 2/14/25. Even when I arrived at the dealership there were delays. Hence the bad rating that I would not recommend the dealership to anyone else. More
