Service Adviser is very rude. Unwilling to help. It seems she is not interested of my concern of getting my van repaired. She return the van to me with engine lights on and was in Unwilling to help. She return the van to me with engine lights on and was instructed to keep driving it, until she received the new catalyctic converter replacement approved and received. This probably cost our company a new engine replacement. Our company will never use Autonation Service again. When I was needing parts and tools from my van, she is always nowhere to be found. I tend to wait longer just to access my van to retrieve my tools and parts. The Service Technician however, are helpful and nice to me during my visit. Service Adviser needed additional training in dealing with customer. More

Went in for my first service (oil change) and they kept my vehicle for 24 hours. After I called multiple times to follow up on when the oil change would be completed, no one could find my vehicle in the sy my vehicle for 24 hours. I was told that a part would need to be ordered to fix an issue with my Ford Edge and they would need to keep the car for an extra day. After calling 3x I was finally told car was ready to be picked up. Whe issue with my Ford Edge and they would need to keep the car for an extra day. After calling 3x I was finally told car was ready to be picked up. When I got there the repair was not completed and there was no record of the part being ordered. I asked for someone to call me back the next day which also did not happen. Plus my car was covered with dust and dead leaves when they gave it back to me. Definitely a lot dirtier than when I drooped it off. I will not be returning to this dealership. Customer service has really gone downhill. More
