Once someone is helping, everything is fine but when someone walks into the service area, someone should acknowledge a customer and say hello in the least (even from the parts counter). Standing around five minutes is too long not to be at least greeted. More

It was a much better experience than I anticipated. I didn’t have to wait long for the scuttle bus, which was wonderful service by Antwan Riley. I enjoyed the travel and discussions on the trip. Also, Gary Chaney the service adviser was extremely nice and helpful, with my other concerns on my vehicle. I felt Gary was very professional and knowledgeable regarding my Ford. It was a perfect day and much better than previous visits years ago. I’ll be visiting more often now, other than using local tire, oil and fly by night mechanical outfits. Nice noticeable improvement! Enjoyed this opportunity! More

I like autonation phillips highway, dealt with them for years, terry leonard is an excellent saleman. I need to share that I am not happy with the ecoboost escape.
