Service desk is the most confusing place. There should be a sign where to go and wait instead of floating around trying to catch an assistant's eye. My service adisor, Stephanie is consummate professional, efficient, through, empathetic to my unusual service request. I went to an outside agency and purchased a remanufactuered unit and then was confronted with the installation and programing which is not straight forward without the necessary OEM equipment. Without hesitation or accusing tone of why I would provide my own parts she executed an work order for Mr. Kenny Bennett, TECH to perform the install and final programing. Before Kenny started the work he met with me and discussed the entire process and also additional testing to ensure a flawless installation which he did. Stephanie & Kenny are a credit to this organization and I am very much satisfied and appreciative for their involvent from start to finish. More

The maintenance/service department at this location is the worst I have ever experienced. I dropped off my F150 to get a few things worked on. They also kept pushing back my servicing because of other people that had to bring their vehicles back because it had not fixed properly. I will never come back to this dealership. More
