They stole 42,000 in Ford Pass points for services that I had already paid for in my bumper to bumper coverage. Every time I dropped off my vehicle I would alert the service desk of my bumper to bumper cover had already paid for in my bumper to bumper coverage. Every time I dropped off my vehicle I would alert the service desk of my bumper to bumper coverage...they could not be bothered to look it up(even though I bought my vehicle there), and would subsequently use my Ford Pass points. Only on this last visit was the coverage recognized because I was pretty unpleasant. It should not have to be that way. Let's just say that I am ignoring all of the warranty coverage renewal offers I am getting from Ford. Sorry - not interested. It's all pretty sad because my initial experience buying my vehicle at AutoNation Jacksonville was good. Ora Bezue was very courteous. I do not know the name of the person who checked me in. More

This has to be the best dealership experience I have gone through! I went to 2 other dealerships and they wasted 9 hours of our time. Autonation Ford went the extra mile. In and out in under 3 hours includin through! I went to 2 other dealerships and they wasted 9 hours of our time. Autonation Ford went the extra mile. In and out in under 3 hours including financing. The staff is very caring and this is the second vehicle purchase in the family from them. I will only go back to Autonation for our next purchase. Thank you for an amazing experience! More
I had a 17 explorer and took it in to navigation system updated. Cost was $70. After update I noticed it was not updated and the next time I went in I mentioned the navigation update I paid for was not u updated. Cost was $70. Then I was informed the dealership did not have the ability to update and that my next oil change would be free and they would put a note in file. I traded my 17 for a new 2021 explorer and when I went to get oil changed I mentioned it was to be free and that there should be a note in file. Could not find note and she finally went to manager and he authorized free oil change. Everything was made good. However charging for service that could not be done should have never happened More

Ora was our service advisor and she was fine. I do however think the department is not managed well and is no customer service oriented. My car was ready, the tech came and told me (Scott). I waited 15 minutes then went in and waited 20 more minutes. Ora was busy with another customer and the other 4 service advisors just sat. Why couldn't they have helped me? Then when Ora was available, the technician had not released info to Ora so she couldn't finish invoice. Management needs to organize this department. This is not the first time things seem "disconnected" in the service department. It does not run smoothly. In past reviews I have not said anything, just didn't do survey but I feel like I should let you know. More
