My contact with the service department was nice. Although I did not get updates often, the ones I did get were nice, they just were not consistent. Terry, kept me updated the through the whole ordering to delivery process roughly 14 weeks. Terry got the X-Plan for us, explained who we would talk to next and kept checking to finalize transaction.
