I bought my son his first car from Mike Shad Ford recently. I have bought two other cars for my two daughters in the past---one a Volvo and the other a VW Toureg, so this was not my first time comple recently. I received great help, guidance and an extremely positive attitude from John Ramirez the minute I stepped on the lot. John helped my son and I with not only the right car but a very insightful test drive that put my son at ease from the minute he got in the car. It took us just under 1 hour to know we would be buying this car from John that day. After buying the car while my son sat in our car outside the office, I asked John for a favor to see if he would help me with a surprise at the Dealership the next day to make this purchase a really important day for my son.
