The dealership is fine and the staff is friendly. I took my car in for a wheel alignment. As I drove home, I noticed a huge improvement. My car was drifting to the right and was very annoying. This drift has nothing to do with the crown in the road. It's 85% better but after paying $152.84 with tax, I believe it should be 100%. More

The initial service call I was placed on hold after 10 minutes I elected to have an automatic callback, never happened. I called again after 20 minutes I was able to talk to a rep. People were nice and the service waiting room was clean and comfortable. However, I was told on the phone they would order the parts and my service would be completed on my scheduled day.
