We took our 2013 Ford Explorer in for oil change, tire rotation and HID bulb replacement. Our Service Writer, Jessica, who is fantastic to work with, called to let us know the HID bulb would be covered un rotation and HID bulb replacement. Our Service Writer, Jessica, who is fantastic to work with, called to let us know the HID bulb would be covered under our Ford Extended Service Plan. We expressed our concern that the new HID bulb could potentially be a different output color than the existing one. We asked her to have the technician turn on the lights and compare the light output before reassembly, as the entire front bumper cover has to come off to change the bulbs. We told her we would buy the other bulb if they are different, as it would have been less expensive to install it while they had the cover off for the warranty work. When she called to say the car was complete, she advised the technician said they matched perfectly. So we went and picked up the Explorer. On the drive home, I followed my husband so he could observe the lights and their appearance. To our dismay, the bulb colors were completely different, not even close. Had the technician taken just a few extra seconds to look at the light output prior to reassembling the bumper cover, we wouldn't be taking the Explorer back a second time to address it. We want to be clear, Jessica is fantastic to work with and does a great job at customer service and communication. More
Service desk is the most confusing place. There should be a sign where to go and wait instead of floating around trying to catch an assistant's eye. The maintenance/service department at this location is the worst I have ever experienced. I dropped off my F150 to get a few things worked on. Not only did they not fix the two main things that I dropped the worst I have ever experienced. I dropped off my F150 to get a few things worked on. Not only did they not fix the two main things that I dropped it off for. They also kept pushing back my servicing because of other people that had to bring their vehicles back because it had not fixed properly. I will never come back to this dealership. More
