Poor dealership. I brought my vehicle in for airbag recall. Technician nicked panel and caused it to be slightly loose. Told new panel was ordered and should arrive 7 to 10 days later and I would rec recall. Technician nicked panel and caused it to be slightly loose. Told new panel was ordered and should arrive 7 to 10 days later and I would receive a call. Over three weeks later, no call. I also asked for transmission to be checked as it was slightly sluggish going from first to second gear on occasion. All I heard was age of vehicle replacement recommended. I asked about flush, but was told it won't do any good due to age of vehicle. I will never purchase or service a vehicle thru business again. More

Synthetic oil change and provided cabin air filter installation requested. Unfortunately, a tire rotation was performed and I was charged for it in addition to the requested services. Oil change and tire rotation completed in good time. Granted there was no leaking noise on the way to the dealer Tuesday morning and I told them so and we kind of shrugged our shoulders and agreed to wait to see if noise came back which it did on my ride home.
