The service Cassandra provided for my Wife’s Escape was outstanding. When I was called and asked I provided a 1 because the last 2 times I’ve had a vehicle in for service there was no survey provided. Th outstanding. The most recent was due to coolant going into the number 3 cylinder which caused a miss fire. This took over a month and a half to fix. When I called the number straight to Jessica who was the Service Rep she would never answer. I either had to call the main store number or call from a phone not tied to my account. You really need to turn on the Caller ID for them. Then in October of 21 my Ranger was also worked on there and that was over four months long. I understood there were parts issues then with Covid but I have at least 3 text messages and then a couple calls also from Collision it was going for paint. Then they were waiting on a hinge for the hood that was on back order. After they gave me that twice I had my brother check, he previously worked for a Ford Dealership. They were able to locate the hinge in Atlanta, Ga., Indian Hook, SC and also in Lakeland, Fl. When I called Collision at the dealership they magically had one show up. After my Ranger was there for three months I send emails to the GM, Customer Service Rep and others that I could find on your website. Either I got no reply or they came back undeliverable. It’s amazing how I never got a survey for these visits. More

Jessica Henry was super helpful, keeping me informed of what was happening with my car with phone calls. When I picked up my car Jessica wasn't there, but another lady and gentleman were also very friendly what was happening with my car with phone calls. I was very appreciative of 3 employees today. Heather welcomed to the new Lincoln building, gave me a mini tour and made me feel appreciated as she completed my paper work. Also, Katie, the recep Heather welcomed to the new Lincoln building, gave me a mini tour and made me feel appreciated as she completed my paper work. Also, Katie, the receptionist in the Lincoln building came over a couple of times while II waited for my MKC to be fixed asking me if I needed anything and she loaned me her phone charger when my came near to dying as I'd left the cable in my car. Finally Matt oversaw my leaving with a cheerful and friendly aplomb that, to me, typifies why I've been coming to this dealership for nearly 20 years. About the new building - it offer a comfortable, bright, un-stressful atmosphere that made the hours of my wait go by rather quickly. (I should stress that the wait was my choice as I can knit/read anywhere and many of my friends were busy. One suggestion I would make is the addition of a couple of higher tables or desks for those of who might want to work while we're waiting. Overall, a pleasing experience. More
