Prepaid service plan on electric cars defaults to include oil changes. For vehicles without oil. Service department knows about this and brings it to the attention of customers. Also had to remind finance about the original deposit to have it applied at the time of purchase. Management is quick to pat themselves on the back for quickly addressing issues. But the customer has to be willing to raise and identify them first. More

This experience was a total debacle. I took my car in for an oil change. The technician asked for a key for my lug nuts. What key I said? when you supposedly rotated my tires the last ti I took my car in for an oil change. The technician asked for a key for my lug nuts. What key I said? when you supposedly rotated my tires the last time, the key should have been placed in the glove compartment. So I had to pay $200 on top of $100 for the oil change because of a key that I've never seen. Full disclosure this is my 1st complaint for ive had for them, but someone is lying and it's not me. It makes you wonder? Are tires actually rotated on each service?Going forward, our services will be handled elsewhere. My husband had never had an issue either until now, but I digress, he left his own rating on Google. More
