We have a service plan from when we bought our car . .. set an appointment for an oil change at 9:00am (arrived at 8:30). At 11:00am, I asked how much longer and they said the oil change and tire rotatio .. set an appointment for an oil change at 9:00am (arrived at 8:30). At 11:00am, I asked how much longer and they said the oil change and tire rotation are done they were just waiting to hear back on the recommended services.I told him no, we didn't want those. About 30 mins later my car came around, however it sat there another 20 mins before I was told that it was ready and sign the paperwork. There is absolutely NO reason why an oil change and tire rotation should take 3 hrs!!! More

It was a total waste of time. They kept it over night and did Absolutely Nothing!!!!! Then tried to charge $250.00 for diagnostic and it didn’t need a diagnostic. great service effort, I have had my SUV at two dealers for the vibration. first noted in 2020, then 2021 it got worse now it horrible but there is a mix of items now that they want to fix before they can for the vibration. first noted in 2020, then 2021 it got worse now it horrible but there is a mix of items now that they want to fix before they can figure out what is the real problem>!I guess no one does diagnostic now they just replace parts until it fixed!!
