AutoNation Ford Lincoln Orange Park - Service Center

Brought in Lincoln MKS for service. Kept 2 days claiming they could not duplicate/hear squealing noise. Replaced serpentine belt and tensioner for $550. Drove off lot on Friday just before closing and car still making exact same squealing noise. Returned next week. Kept car for additional 9 days to replace A/C fan blower motor at a cost of $316. Communication from Service Advisor greatly lacking. Customer Relations Director had much better communication but 9 days to replace blower motor--ridiculous!!! At least the 2nd time I was given a loaner car. More

everyone I came into contact with was very friendly and seemed to care about what was going with my car! This was a first for me-- my husband always took the car in for service and sad to say he passed aw seemed to care about what was going with my car! I was surprised when I got my Bill!! In the past we have always received a discount-- I think because we bought our vehicle at this dealership and have ALWAYS had our car serviced here.
