Senior management was great to resolve a communication problem to lower my frustration. Service liaison needs to better set expectations with customer and follow through with good communication. Still waiting for the repair on my mustang to be completed from a 7/2 service appt. I have escalated my issue with managers who have either listened and did nothing to resolve but put me off more completed from a 7/2 service appt. When asked to send my part to closer auto nation to get repair done I am still leaving messages with service manager and not getting any return calls to set up an appt to get the repair completed. I have been more then patient through this. This is the third mustang I have owed and have never had such horrible customer service in 15 years of being a ford owner. I had to even follow up in July to find out the part was in and almost a month later I am still fighting to get this repair. On top of the lack of service I feel the charge of $140 for a oil change, tire rotation and balance is a rip off and when asked why so high I was told that is price when I have never paid over 80. I told the sales manager I would never return to the orange park location to purchase a vehicle because of the service department. More

The drop off process was poorly handled. I stood waiting (no other customer there) for 5 minutes. Then the technician was very dismissive with my concerns. He was very pleasant, told me to wait in the cool office while he brought my car, and provided stellar customer service. I have purchased my last three cars, and two fir my daughter at your dealership. I also do not take my car anywhere else for service, nor does she. I hope that the reputation that has caused that will not fall by the wayside. More

No more Ford Purchases in the future due to the repair shop hassles, Examples Include on last visit; Brought truck in for Warranty Work, * Nothing was covered * After they troubleshot an Issue, they told me that issue was not covered, and Oh By The Way, you owe us $170 to tell you it is not covered. This was not disclosed until the final invoice and they did not waive the fee even though the Law requires Disclosure of Any Fees prior to performance. * Incomplete Work and No Quality Check after work was performed. They Left the Oil Dipstick Off which Set off the Check engine Light and made the truck run horrible after picking it up. I ran my own diagnostic on the truck to find out what the issue was. * Truck was dirt upon pickup. * Still no follow up from Tech Rep on the refund of the troubleshooting fee. * Extended Warranty is Worthless since Everything that was pointed out Was Not Covered. Do not recommend the Extended Warranty. * Slow... Made Appointment, Dropped the truck off, but they did not work on it for another day. Technician was new, so I can forgive him and he was polite, but I still have not heard back after several calls and text about a refund. It has been over a week. Once they get your money, you are no longer valued. That is not all, but I am finished wasting my time with the dealership. It is a shame that the Maintenance shop changed my opinion on purchasing a Ford Product in the future since I Never want to have the necessity to return to this shop. C Ya More
