Service department doesn’t answer the phone or return calls. I dropped my vehicle off because it shakes and cuts off, I have an extended warranty. They had my truck for 4 days and did nothing. I told the advisor to do the tune-up, it was never done. I had to talk to someone else to even get the tune-up done. The day after I picked it up the problem returned and the truck got worse. The check engine light came on, had it diagnosed and when we called to get it repaired we were told that’s a “deep engine” part and the code doesn’t mean that’s the problem. I don’t care if it is a deep engine part or not, if that’s the problem fix it. Especially since it is under warranty. I will not buy another Ford! More
