Customer service was great and my service advisor was extremely helpful. One area that really needs improvement is the courtesy vehicle program. Starting to provide service at 10:00 AM doesn't work if extremely helpful. One area that really needs improvement is the courtesy vehicle program. Starting to provide service at 10:00 AM doesn't work if you schedule a 7:00 AM drop-off and need transportation to work. I've been with Auto Nation (previously Mike Shad Ford) since 2003) purchased a total of 8 trucks for myself and two sons. More

Getting the appointment was easy, either online or by phone. I did not have to wait for the service technician, it was a very fast process. Good place to get your vehicle serviced. phone. Pick up and drop off were really smooth, the time the vehicle was in for service though I felt like it was a burden to get an update, not to mention the car was filthy afterwards. Not sure if that's supply chain stuff or what, but either way they fixed the vehicle as requested and it was with new Ford parts not a reman. And comes with a decent warranty on the parts replaced. Not sure if I'd use them again or not but I wouldn't steer people away either. More

Zero stars, six weeeks in the shop, and no clear answerrs for five of them. I was told $4,000.00 out the door, and then hit with $,4800.00 when I went to pick it up. When I pushed back, the service writer sa for five of them. I was told $4,000.00 out the door, and then hit with $,4800.00 when I went to pick it up. When I pushed back, the service writer said he did not "mind" giving me a discount to $4,480.00. The truck was worked on by a parts changer, not a mecanic, unnecessary parts were replaced, grease on my passenger seat and center console, and tobacco juice on my floor map. I would set fire to my truck and walk away before I would ever take it to you again! More
