I took both my Lincoln MKZ and my Ford Expedition in for servicing and could not have been more pleased. I was treated courteously and efficiently, and my service advisor, Matt Holmes, was a perfect exampl servicing and could not have been more pleased. -Always cordial. - In all my experiences it always takes 30 to 45 minutes longer than they say. I always arrive 10 to 15 minutes before my appointment time and still - In all my experiences it always takes 30 to 45 minutes longer than they say. I always arrive 10 to 15 minutes before my appointment time and still it takes quite a bit longer than the "hour to hour and a half". I was there for 2 hours and the time before then it was 2 hours 37 minutes. -In my October visit there was an issue but the service manager made it right; However he told me he would take care of a different problem and he must have forgotten. On this visit I reminded them. I was told they changed managers and although it was under warranty in October it isn't now so it wouldn't be covered. Isaac did let the service tech know and the issue was fixed at no charge. It made me a happy customer. - Pepsi vending would not work. Complimentary snacks were empty -Only other issue unrelated to service is: the RRs. There is only 1 handicapped RR. A staff member was in the handicapped RR instead of using the men's room thus making a handicapped lady wait for about 3 minutes. When he walked out and we saw he was an employee using the only H/C RR, it was very upsetting. He should have used the men's room. More
I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited at the dealer, but after 3hrs past and no one notified me about the status of my F150 and I wen5 to look for someone to give me an update. I could find anyone that was willing to help, but after 10 minutes of looking someone went to check on it. They came back with a lengthy list of items they suggested needed to be done that totaled over $1000. After waiting 3hrs for a simple oil change, I didn’t feel I could trust them to do the lengthly list of repairs in a timely matter. After getting my truck back the AC stopped working (It may be unrelated to the work they did, but I don’t trust them.) More
