Dropped my truck off the evening before the appointment. Received texts in the morning about what needed to be addressed. I responded and got a response back confirming. I text late afternoon for an update and got nothing. Went there early evening and they did not know where my vehicle , my keys or the paperwork was. They never looked at the truck. Took me over 2 hours to track it down. This whole experience did not get any better from here More
Lack of service. Had an appointment for Nov 16th; motorhome sat for 6 weeks with nothing done. Had to pick up for a scheduled trip on Christmas Eve with the assumption I would be bringing back in January to get my warranty repair and recall finally completed. But after 2 weeks waiting for a reply on when I could bring it back, I was told that the dealership had stopped taking in any motorhomes until July (even though I had an appointment and had waited with a factory recall to complete). Completely dissatisfied. More

The people that greet you when you drive in the bay area are courteous and prompt. The technicians that do the repair work also do a great job. I have used this dealer in the past for the same service three times in the past - This particular time, Absolutely Unimpressed. Was told I didn't have an appt even after I showed I did. Finally accepte three times in the past - This particular time, Absolutely Unimpressed. Was told I didn't have an appt even after I showed I did. Finally accepted my vehicle after I waited for a 20 minute period because the advisor was busy on the phone. NO paperwork - a verbal on what needed to be done - oil change. Never looked at my vehicle mileage, like a normal visit. Was told it would be complete that day, worst case scenario the next day. After two days of zero communication - ii reached out and they said it would be complete the third day morning. Still no communication, i reached out again and they said it was complete in the afternoon and to see Brad. Went in talked to Brad - he said to talk to Jeremy. Jeremy said Brad doesn't have the paperwork? On the verbal i discussed NOT doing a tire rotation - well they did it and charged anyways. So, there is that. Also, Never changed the oil sticker. I question if anything was actually done. Kinda of rushed me out the door. Terrible experience all the way around. The place is a zoo of people and nobody I dealt with wanted to help or seemed to care. Zero organization. "Go see this guy", wait "I don't handle that", "he's not here can you wait"... Its hard to rate any quality without knowing. I can never recommend this dealership for any future maintenance. More
