The service manager rescheduled my appointment because needed service required a diagnostic and that's not done on Saturdays. He immediately rescheduled it based on my availability. He listened to my concerns about the nose coming from underneath my suv and asked questions. On the day of servicing, he informed me the technician couldn't hear the noise. However, the sway bar needed attention. Guess what? That was it - no more noise! I wasn't able to pick the suv that day and was provided the opportunity to pick it up at my designated time: 7:30am the next day. I've been with AutoNation for over 10 years and will continue to take my vehicle there for services. More

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and service inspection that took about 2 hours. When I left my truck had a really bad vibration that wasn't there before. It didn't show up until I hit 60mph o inspection that took about 2 hours. When I left my truck had a really bad vibration that wasn't there before. It didn't show up until I hit 60mph on 295. I slowly returned and Wane was very helpful. Jeremy said they thought that the tires needed balancing but I had to pay $100+ for it. I said yes. Then he came back and took me to the truck to show me that the tires were delaminating and apologized that they should have caught that on the inspection. Jeremy was able to find me 4 new tires for my F350. He gave me a discount and only charged $80 for the labor. I have always had my truck serviced by Ford and even bought the last tires from Ford about 50,000 miles ago, because I expect them to keep It running as it should. I was at the dealership 7 hours spent almost $2000, missed lunch and was never even offered a glass of water. They would have got 5 stars if they would have spotted the bad 2 tires at the inspection. More
