If all you need is an oil change then yes by all means anyone can do that. However I took my vehicle here for an engine issue and called a week or so ahead explaining what it was doing and made a Saturday anyone can do that. I get there and was told that they can do my oil change but he doesn't have anyone to look at the engine issue. I'm already a little annoyed as to why I wasn't told this so I could make plans elsewhere but was like whatever it is what it is now so I left it until Monday. I finally get a call later Monday afternoon that the tech had so carryover work from Friday so he won't be able to check it until the next day. I waited until later Tuesday with no response and called and had to leave my service guy a message to call me back and when he did told me that it could be this but they would have to check further after replacing the part. He then tells me I will have to pay another nearly $100 diagnostic fee before they can proceed. At this point I'm over it and not going to be shaken down with fees over a pretty simple issue. I got the car back bought the coil pack at auto zone and get home to fix my vehicle, then one final surprise the tech has stripped the retaining nut that holds my coil down so I can't even get the xxxx thing out and had to take it to another shop to swap it and the head cover out anyway. Maybe I should send them a service bill for having to diagnose and fix what they broke on my car? More
Sales was great. Service is terrible. When I bought my used truck, I bought their best warranty. Was told this is a great warranty covers everything. One year later the coolant is leaking somewhere, I was used truck, I bought their best warranty. Was told this is a great warranty covers everything. One year later the coolant is leaking somewhere, I was having to put in a half a quart every couple of days. So I take it in, and they take three days and then tell me it's not covered by the warranty, but somehow the warranty will pay for the labor. If it's not covered why is the warranty paying for labor? Then they tell me it was a leaking hose. And charge me $250 for this hose. Anyone who has ever done any DIY work on your car knows a coolant hose us maybe $50. So I said fine go ahead and fix it. A week later surprise the truck is overheating and I check and the coolant tank is empty. So they didn't fix the problem. I call the service department, and they tell me sorry can't get you in for three weeks, but we will have your service advisor call you. Still haven't received any calls. So long story short I'm out the money I paid for the supposed repair, plus the cost of a rental car while they had my car for 5 days, the money I've been dumping into coolant and my vehicle is still broke. Thanks for nothing. Avoid this service department. More
You check for service they quote you a price and when there done there is a new Misc. I brought my truck in for an oil change and specifically asked for my tires not to be rotated. When I picked the truck up, the tires had been rotated and I was charged. This is the second time I've had poor asked for my tires not to be rotated. When I picked the truck up, the tires had been rotated and I was charged. Ha! Where do I start, how about with the fact that I dropped my vehicle off at 7am, and when I called at 2:30, they said they’re just now getting it in. I had an appointment scheduled for a Friday and even dropped off my Truck Thursday to have a recall issue taken care of, I also planned on having my truck serviced with an oil change. I was told my Truck would be ready later in the day on Friday. I drove up that day to find out my Truck was still sitting and had nothing done to it. I then was asked to leave my truck for another day. needless to say I wasn't happy about this. I feel I should of been called that day if there was going to be any delays. I've used you guys for other services in the past. I still need the recall taken care of and the oil changed. I'm in the customer service business as well and I know it's impossible to be perfect.ty More
