We were very disappointed with how difficult it was to get someone to answer a call or return a call about the car we left for service. We tried for 3 hours without reaching a person. I will never return to this dealership again. I make an appointment, no matter the time of day, they never start working on it for at least 30 minutes. The rep in the service center did NOT have his mask on properly; it was under his nose. He had a huge glob of blood in his right nare. I thought his nose was bleeding. I told him about it & he excused him properly; it was under his nose. He had a huge glob of blood in his right nare. I thought his nose was bleeding. I told him about it & he excused himself to go to the restroom. When he returned he indicated that his nose wasn't actively bleeding. The huge glob was still present in his right nare though & he still wouldn't wear his mask correctly!! It was SOOOO disgusting that I couldn't even look at him!! On top of all that, despite waiting for HOURS, they couldn't properly diagnose my car's issue nor repair it!!! I was told that I'd have to drop my car off on the next day & at least leave it overnight. I ended up taking my car to Duval Ford on Cassat Ave. They had my car diagnosed & fixed in just a few hours. The experience with Autonation Ford was HORRENDOUS and I will NEVER return to that dealership!!!! More

Initial service for F-150. Called and made appointment for service, Ford Pass failed. As with previous 2 purchases from this location, not 1 issue. This review is really about the ability to make a service appointment. Very disappointed with the ability and process to get a service appointment. Service appointments now go thru a call center, where in the past you could actually call and talk with your assigned advisor. Wait times are unacceptable and there is no 'personal service'. Last week we called with an issue with our 2020 Explorer Platinum. When we called the hold time seemed like forever. Once answered we were told the next available appointment would be August 31st. We explained that this was totally unacceptable and finally secured an appointment for August 16th at 8:30am. the Sunday prior we received an Email notification that the appointment was the 17th at 10am. Called back again to find out and they insisted it was made for that Tuesday the 17th, we were then told that service opened at noon and someone would call us back. That never happened (apparently service does not work on Sunday), so we kept the Tuesday appointment. We arrived at the dealership at 9:55am and parked in the lane which was something like 10 cars deep. It took a full 15 minutes to have someone come out and write up our order. To be fair, the actual service was great; once you get in. Sean was wonderful getting things done, keeping us informed of the progress and getting us out in just about two hours. This appointment process just needs to be fixed. It also does not help that it seems every time we go in for service we have a new advisor. This is our 7th new vehicle from this dealership since 2013. It was never this way in the past. More
