The parts prices on my invoice were marked up 25.8% above MSRP because they were purchased through the service department. Why should we pay 25.85 ADDITIONAL MARKUP on parts just because we are also paying for their technician to install the parts? I won't make this mistake again. More
Great service in the service center but it is horrible in the body shop! The service at the desk is great but when it comes to the person handling the actual vehicle they are rude and will tell you whatever the body shop! I spoke to Clarence about a problem with my sync system and he made sure that I was directed to the right person, had an appointment with service and followed up with me when I picked the Escape up. Dan to and he made sure that I was directed to the right person, had an appointment with service and followed up with me when I picked the Escape up. Dan took the truck in and let me know that if it took more than 1 day that he would work with Bill because he would not be there the next day. The second day Bill called me to let me know what was being done to fix the problem and called me when it was ready. I have been dealing with Bill Norris for the past 6 years and he has always been helpful. I drive 45 minutes to Mike Shad just because I know that he will take care of my investment. I could go to a Ford D and he has always been helpful. I drive 45 minutes to Mike Shad just because I know that he will take care of my investment.
