Bought the vehicle at another dealership but had horrible service. Went to AutoNation when the check engine light came on and the service manager Adam was standing at the entrance greeting me and took care service. Went to AutoNation when the check engine light came on and the service manager Adam was standing at the entrance greeting me and took care of everything. I don’t want to ramble on but…by far the best service and communication I have had in a long time. I worked with Tyler on service for my 2015 Escape. He was prompt & explained everything that was to be done on this visit. He also explained service that would be needed on my next visit. Very please with the work done on my truck, it drives better than when I first bought it. All of my concerns was addressed and then some. Even the irritating clicking sound that occurred when I took off better than when I first bought it. All of my concerns was addressed and then some. My service rep Ethan was 5 stars, he did everything he possibly could for me. However, I had an issue with my door that was going to involve 10 days of leaving my car at the dealership, $200 diagnostic f possibly could for me. However, I had an issue with my door that was going to involve 10 days of leaving my car at the dealership, $200 diagnostic fee and many complications that were beyond my understanding. I was able to call another dealership, get the drain at the bottom of my door unclogged resolving the issue with dropping in an spending 15 minutes there. The general service was good as far as I can understand but I'm not sure why the mechanics there didn't know about the drain on the door and suggested drilling a hole in my door. More
