I initially engaged the dealership online and had a good experience there. The team responded quickly to my emails. We moved to text and then finally to an on-site visit. I have to say I think that both Mark and the Phil Long Dealership team where professional, efficient, friendly, and more importantly, I didn’t feel I was getting a bum rush or a sales job. Our interaction and subsequent deal was extremely professional without a lot of emotion or drama and exactly what I would expect from a number one dealership.

When I pulled up to the dealership, Parker was outside waiting to greet me and ask how he could assist me. Customer service at its finest! He was with another associate who was training so it was great to see him set an example, and take initiate. Parker worked with me to find the perfect vehicle for me. The sales manager Bregan came over and introduced himself. The finance specialist Joey sat down with me and covered all available information and was very detailed and thorough. I’d recommend this dealership and team to anyone who’s looking to join the Ford Family.
