My service rep Ethan was 5 stars, he did everything he possibly could for me. However, I had an issue with my door that was going to involve 10 days of leaving my car at the dealership, $200 diagnostic f possibly could for me. However, I had an issue with my door that was going to involve 10 days of leaving my car at the dealership, $200 diagnostic fee and many complications that were beyond my understanding. I was able to call another dealership, get the drain at the bottom of my door unclogged resolving the issue with dropping in an spending 15 minutes there. The general service was good as far as I can understand but I'm not sure why the mechanics there didn't know about the drain on the door and suggested drilling a hole in my door. More
Very easy to make an appointment. My service advisor was respectful and the process was smooth and easy. I waited in the waiting area for the service to be completed on my vehicle. Shawn Broussard was our service rep. He was very helpful and was always courteous and kept us up to date on the status of our vehicle. I can't comment on the quality of service until we have some time driving the car but I expect all is well. More

Recently took my wife's 2015 Edge in for a factory recall. Got a phone call from the service advisor that the techs were having trouble getting the hood of the car open. When they finally did get the recall. Got a phone call from the service advisor that the techs were having trouble getting the hood of the car open. When they finally did get the hood open I was advised that the latch on the hood was broken and would need to be replaced at a cost of around 400.00. I declined the work to fix the hood latch and the techs finished with the recall items. Two days later I went into the garage where the car was parked and noticed 2 dents in the hood where the techs had evidently been pushing or pounding on the hood to get the latch to release. This is the second vehicle I've had at this dealership in the last 3 months that has had problems with the poor quality of workmanship. More
