I love AutoNation Ford Littleton. We've bought all our cars there and when they're due for service, I'm always happy to bring them in. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. I just bring my kindle, sit in a comfy chair and enjoy getting some reading done until my car is finished. If I can't wait there for some reason, they call me with updates to let me know when they'll be done. I've been going there for years and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to either buy a car or have one serviced. More

I was very surprised when I went to pay for a simple lube and oil change. They did rotate the tires which I did approve. The bill was $155.25. They put an oil additive that I did not ask for which was 22.99. and oil change. They did rotate the tires which I did approve. The bill was $155.25. Wait what one was ridiculous. They first did the inspection, however at that point they could have seen if they had a filter for my vehicle, because it was a ford dealership howev They first did the inspection, however at that point they could have seen if they had a filter for my vehicle, because it was a ford dealership however it was auto nation and they service all auto nation vehicle’s. Because of that the wait time just for a oil change was 4 hours.!!! After an hour he said I needed brakes. After 2 more hours he said oh we don’t have the correct oil filter for your vechile we have to order it. It will take another 2 hours to get it. I was mad. More
