Not during but after My service was complete while checking out the person said oh sorry we couldn't rotate your tires because we couldn't find your wheel locking key. I said well what am I supposed t checking out the person said oh sorry we couldn't rotate your tires because we couldn't find your wheel locking key. I said well what am I supposed to do? Then he said well you could call the manufacturer where you bought your wheels from and see if they can get you a new key. I said I bought this vehicle brand new from here and have been taking it to you for service since I purchased it. I have never had to mess with my wheels. Still no intelligent response on the steps to move forward on this. The mechanic could have been more helpful by far plus they never checked the air in my tires and who knows what else they failed to do. In my opinion the service department either over books service or they are very short handed. They were rushing me to get out of there. I wanted to keep all of my service records all in one place so if I decide to sell it or trade it in I have a record of my service. I really don't trust the service department at all at AutoNation Ford Littleton but what else can I do but put up with the sub par service from people that obviously have no idea of what they are doing except cutting corners wherever they can to hurry and move on to the next poor victim. More
Our recent service was outstanding, Adam Solano did an excellent job as service rep. They even rolled in a later separate appointment and did everything in one visit. have bought several cars from them over years. escape needed recall on tranny, asked them to look at an oil drip and let me know what they see. I was in a time bind to have a repair completed prior to a cross-country road trip. The AutoNation Ford team in Littleton was able to get my Bronco into the shop and finish the repair. The staff is really great and friendly. I used to use another dealership but they had really poor customer service. AutoNation isn’t the closest but definitely worth the drive! We’re told we needed a transmission but the car was never driven. Not sure it was even in the garage. Took to a transmission shop and told it wasn’t that bad. An issue but transmission not shot . I had a check up and some recall items worked on everything went well. I got texts from my service advisor to keep me up to date as to what was going on.
