AutoNation Ford Littleton - Service Center

Their service department is the worst I have ever delt with. Half the time their phone system doesn't function. If you opt for the call back rather than wait for someone to answer they don't call back. It with. Half the time their phone system doesn't function. Drove from Parker to Littleton to get the truck because I was told it would be ready, it wasn't. Every service representative act like it is a pain to deal with the customer. I sold my 150 to Carmax and I'm glad I don't have to deal with AutoNation Ford anymore. More

Super long wait times and had to bring it back for service that was supposed to already have been done when it was originally dropped off. Now it's back in to have recall work done but was never resol service that was supposed to already have been done when it was originally dropped off. Now it's back in to have recall work done but was never resolved.They put me in their (Que) and said I would have to leave it 3-5 days till a teck was freed up.What do I do without my truck? I am a general contractor!!!!!! More

People were friendly. Took 4 weeks just to complete service. 1 week ordered part, was told they would call when arrived, never contacted after part arrived. First attempt, technician wouldn't work on it for 3 days, and no loaner cars so I have to pay for a rental each day(not covered). 2nd attempt they stated they would call Monday, nobody called. Wednesday service was completed, but technician left interior trim panels loose, now rattling around, and outside of car was also left damaged. Terrible communication and vehicle was left in worse condition. Was told twice we would be called if the warranty would cover the rental. Nobody has called or reached back out to us. Only good thing is the service and part were covered under warranty. More

The service was available exactly as scheduled. The staff was gracious and competent. The service was priced fairly. My Ford Explorer now performs better. Very disappointed. Had appointment for only an oil change at 2:30 and did not leave until after hours at 5:30pm. Went in for my usual oil change. Had an 8am appt and I was greeted and helped promptly. Didn't take much time at all and after I found out that they fixed the recall issue when I wa Had an 8am appt and I was greeted and helped promptly. Now I don't have to worry about it and don't need a second appt just for that. More
