I don't know how I could be happy about my recent service experience with Autonation Ford Littleton. My GT350 Mustang was recalled for a backup camera issue that has yet to materialize. Once I left my car with them, I found out they needed to get my VIN # prior to ordering the parts. Don't they already have the # since I bought the car from them? Anyway, after leaving the car there for most of the day, they confirmed they didn't have the necessary parts for the recall service and they would order them. That was 4 weeks ago and they still don't have the necessary parts. Adam was very pleasant, but I feel I should have been told what to expect with this recall before bringing my car in for the service that wasn't. It seems like they could coordinate better on this particular recall. More

They sold me a battery service then a few months later had to have the car towed back there for them to tell me it needed a new battery. Lots of mansplaining and arrogance. This service dept needs to realize that they are representing the ford brand and tarnishing the Name. We will not go back for service or sales. We are a loyal Ford family but refuse to do business here More
I had to take my Bronco in for an oil change, tire rotation, and some work on a recall. The team was great to work with. My rear slider window in my 2017 F350 truck had blown out for no apparent reason. My Service Advisor Shawn Broussard was very helpful in getting the window replaced. Service was handled quickly and without any problems. I did receive a sad wakeup call though. I t seems the "10 Oil Changes/ Tire rotations" I bought with the new truck have an expiration date and I lost I did receive a sad wakeup call though. Really makes me mad as I'm an old mechanic who changes oil based on usage and not on a calendar. I never noticed, or even considered, that I MUST do this 10 times in 5 years.
