Absolute disaster. ..I took the vehicle initially, came back in 2 weeks as no one would take my call (Shawn I believe was his name). When I walked in i was told the car ..I took the vehicle initially, came back in 2 weeks as no one would take my call (Shawn I believe was his name). When I walked in i was told the car had not been processed, so nothing was done. Immediately after the first visit, engine basically blew (I believe that is due to them not reviewing the timing....car sat there again for 4 MONTHS Horrible, avoid like the plague More
Service was awesome! Adam, my service advisor, was great and the time it took to get an alignment and rotation/balance was kept to a minimum. Will definitely go back! Car was suppose to be in for 2-3 days . On the 6th day I called them. They hadn’t even started working on it. NO CALL, NO UPDATE, NO RESCHEDULE. SPENT $250 on a rental car. I dropped it off on Tuesday; they didn't even look at it until Friday. When I dropped it off I told them it was a transition issue, but they failed to tell me they no longer had a transition tech. So they k until Friday. When I dropped it off I told them it was a transition issue, but they failed to tell me they no longer had a transition tech. So they kept my car all of that time, didn't return my phone calls throughout that time, and only called to tell me they couldn't fix it four days later. Terrible experience. I will never go back to them despite them being so convenient. More
