AutoNation Ford Littleton - Service Center

Had a bad experience with Autonation Ford. I took my F150 in for a turbo leak. They told me I need to do both turbos and they would need my car for 2 or 3 days after getting the parts. This oc I took my F150 in for a turbo leak. They told me I need to do both turbos and they would need my car for 2 or 3 days after getting the parts. This occurred in December, 2021. Approximately 2 hours of receiving the call they would need to keep it for 3 days, they called and said my truck was done, $2,000 plus was the total on the ticket. I could not believe it was done and didn't think they fixed it then. I gave them a bad review then. My turbos are still leaking antifreeze and they are saying too bad so sad, out of warranty. Not a happy AutoNation customer. The vehicle made it 110,000 miles for the first leak and 20,000 for the second leak. $2,000 for basically all labor, parts were minimal. Be aware. Been a Ford guy all my life, my Dad spent 40 to 50 years in the industry, this is by far the worst experience I've had with Ford. I will never change what I drive but will never go back to AutoNation Ford. More
