I had a drive belt and AC belt replaced , Made an appointment for this easy job. I dropped my auto off the day before so i was way on time for my next day appointment , it took them ALL DAY to do the appointment for this easy job. I dropped my auto off the day before so i was way on time for my next day appointment , it took them ALL DAY to do the work, I tried to call for status updates and they would never call me back. very poor customer service, would never recommend their service dept. funny thing is , I was thinking about trading my F150 in for a F 250 and was going to look once my "quick" service was done......but their service dept cost them that sale! Great service, had great experience when I bought my car. Service center is good too. At times their website has been so backed up that service appts are months out. F 150 was locked into traction control. I could not shut it off. AutoNation said the repair would take 2 to 3 weeks. This delay cost me about $2,000.00 to fly for a previously booked vac I could not shut it off. AutoNation said the repair would take 2 to 3 weeks. AuitoNation had not called me to tell me there was nothing wrong, I had to go there to find out because the service department would not answer the phone. More
Purchased my truck a year ago. Had to service three times so far. Never a good experience. These people truly don’t care! Switched from Toyota to Ford. My experience in purchasing my car from the dealership was very good. But a recent visit for maintenance on my car was horrible. I mean, what is the purpose of making an appointment for this service at was very good. But a recent visit for maintenance on my car was horrible. I mean, what is the purpose of making an appointment for this service at a specified time and get there only to be told that it will be 90 minutes before the service is complete. When it was past the 90 minute mark, I checked with them about the status and was told it would be another 15 minutes. That is almost two hours for a routine oil and filter change and tire rotation. I could have gone to Grease monkey and got a much faster service for the same work done. Very disappointed. More
