I am very disappointed in Autonation Ford. When the truck was purchased we bought service appointments. I used one last week and found out that the last one we have expires at the end of thi When the truck was purchased we bought service appointments. I used one last week and found out that the last one we have expires at the end of this month. I talked to someone in the finance department about the possibility of extending it and it was like talking to a stone wall. Very disappointed and most likely will be using a different ford dealership for my next service. More

My last two visits have been very unsatisfactory. Went in for an oil change and the service department tried to sell me $1700 in additional unnecessary services. My recent experience was even worse. Went in for an oil change and the service department tried to sell me $1700 in additional unnecessary services. My recent experience was even worse. Went in complaining about a bad battery. Had two episodes with it being totally drained within 30 days The battery is only 15 months old and was purchased through another Ford dealership. This is the third battery in five years to go bad. I pointed out a recall notice that I received in September 2021 for a potential faulty fan relay switch that could leave a battery drained. I asked for an appointment to replace the switch and for a new battery under the Ford product warranty. Was denied the recall service and the warranty replacement because they said both switch and battery checked out fine. They were unable to explain adequately what else would cause a battery to drain. Said my only option was to purchase a new battery! 😠 More
They do good work, but they are tough to get a hold of. Getting calls back or getting a live person is super challenging. Also, appointments for even an oil change are booked months out. Plan ahead!
