Terrible experience after terrible experience. They will treat you well if you are buying a truck however service is another matter completely... I scheduled out (by a month) a service to do recall work and to finally fix the "death wobble" on my F250 that I've brought it in multiple times over years (Ford finally approving the fix) and they were going to let it sit on the lot for days (which has happened almost every time I've brought it in). They have a service advisor at every desk but apparently only 2 techs... So it doesn't matter to them that you actually use your truck for work or that there is a very serious life safety threat from the vehicle they sold you. Happy to either let you get fired from your job while the truck sits on their lot or to let you and your family get injured or die from a serious defect that they are unwilling to fix correctly. They also don't listen to the issues you have and will simply respond to you that they "couldn't replicate it". Have fun waiting for nothing to happen if you decide to purchase here and inevitably end up at the service desk. If you do purchase here plan a whole day for an oil change. Total inept department and an overall shady dealership... More

I had a great experience buying the car but they have struggled since. I called in to get my car serviced and they sent me to the wrong location. I also needed to utilize my warranty, when I called get s struggled since. I called in to get my car serviced and they sent me to the wrong location. I also needed to utilize my warranty, when I called get support in how to walk through the process, as it was the first time I was needing to use it, I was given the wrong information on the process. No big deal to me, mistakes happen. However, I am now stuck with the bill as I didn’t go through the actual correct process and instead believed their employee on the phone and did what they said. This could have been discussed but when I was sent to someone to resolve, was told there was no solution and I was stuck with the bill. Do not use them. They just want your money and don’t care about service. Very disappointed. Absolutely will not buy from them again and will actively speak against and try to talk everyone out of using them for anything. More
I’ve dealt with many, many dealers in the past and most leave a lot to be desired on the service side. This was NOT the case with Auto action Ford Littleton. Form the moment I was received by Service Advisor, Matt Sholly, there was no doubt he’d earned a “long term customer!” He had no problem spending the appropriate amount of time explaining things and offering suggestions and helpful hints to make the most out of my service visit. I couldn’t have been more pleased. He is a true credit to the profession. More
Took my Mustang in because it was leaking oil, after an oil change and a recall, I got the car back only to still be leaving a spot of oil in the garage. I was told when I picked the car up the previous oi oil change and a recall, I got the car back only to still be leaving a spot of oil in the garage. I was told when I picked the car up the previous oil was residual oil from a prior oil change. I had no information about the work being done on the car until I got a text message telling me that it was ready for pickup. Now there is an airbag display on the dash. More
Ford dealership had my truck for 15 days! When they returned it to me, he was doing exactly the same thing that I ask them to address. The automatic stop start does not work.
