I had a great experience buying the car but they have struggled since. I called in to get my car serviced and they sent me to the wrong location. I also needed to utilize my warranty, when I called get s struggled since. I called in to get my car serviced and they sent me to the wrong location. I also needed to utilize my warranty, when I called get support in how to walk through the process, as it was the first time I was needing to use it, I was given the wrong information on the process. No big deal to me, mistakes happen. However, I am now stuck with the bill as I didn’t go through the actual correct process and instead believed their employee on the phone and did what they said. This could have been discussed but when I was sent to someone to resolve, was told there was no solution and I was stuck with the bill. Do not use them. They just want your money and don’t care about service. Very disappointed. Absolutely will not buy from them again and will actively speak against and try to talk everyone out of using them for anything. More
I’ve dealt with many, many dealers in the past and most leave a lot to be desired on the service side. This was NOT the case with Auto action Ford Littleton. Form the moment I was received by Service Advisor, Matt Sholly, there was no doubt he’d earned a “long term customer!” He had no problem spending the appropriate amount of time explaining things and offering suggestions and helpful hints to make the most out of my service visit. Took my Mustang in because it was leaking oil, after an oil change and a recall, I got the car back only to still be leaving a spot of oil in the garage. I was told when I picked the car up the previous oi oil change and a recall, I got the car back only to still be leaving a spot of oil in the garage. I had no information about the work being done on the car until I got a text message telling me that it was ready for pickup. Now there is an airbag display on the dash. More

This dealership is a joke! !!!! First, I schedule my appointment for an oil change over 1 week in advance for an early Monday morning time. Friday afternoon I get the message !!!! First, I schedule my appointment for an oil change over 1 week in advance for an early Monday morning time. Friday afternoon I get the message "for reasons beyond our control, you will need to reschedule your appointment". I call back within minutes of receiving this message and I leave a message for a return call. Guess what, no return call for 3 days. I have to call an reschedule the appointment. Second, I bring the truck in at the scheduled time and leave it. I request that the service be done by 1:30. No problem the Service Manager says. I show up at 1:30 and my truck hasn't been touched!!!! The Service Manager says that my work ticket was under some boxes in the service area and no mechanic saw it. This is an oil change, not brain surgery!!! Third, this is the second time that I have dropped my truck off at this dealership and they failed to even start work on my truck before I arrived to pick it up. Absolutely unconscionable. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER TRUCK FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND I WILL NEVER HAVE THEM SERVICE MY TRUCK AGAIN!!! More
